Maison Privée is committed to safeguarding the privacy and confidentiality of all clients in accordance with the Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020 and applicable healthcare regulations in the Arab Republic of Egypt.

 We may collect and process the following categories of personal data:

• Full name, contact details, and identification information
• Date of birth and demographic data
• Medical history and health-related information necessary for treatment
• Payment and billing details
• Clinical photographs (with written consent)
• Website usage data and analytics

Health-related information is classified as sensitive personal data under Egyptian law and is handled with heightened protection.

 Personal data is processed on one or more of the following legal grounds:

• Client consent
• Performance of a medical service agreement
• Compliance with legal and regulatory obligations
• Protection of the client’s vital interests

All medical information is treated as strictly confidential in accordance with Egyptian medical ethics regulations, Ministry of Health requirements, and the Egyptian Penal Code provisions concerning professional confidentiality.

Maison Privée implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction, in compliance with Law No. 151 of 2020.

Clinical photographs are taken strictly for medical documentation purposes. Any use for marketing, educational, or promotional purposes requires prior written consent from the client. 

Personal and medical data are retained for the period required by Egyptian healthcare and regulatory laws. Upon expiry of the retention period, data will be securely archived or permanently deleted. 

Under Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020, clients have the right to:

• Access their personal data
• Request correction or updating of inaccurate information
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
• Object to processing in certain circumstances
• Request deletion where legally permissible

Requests may be submitted through the clinic’s official contact channels.

Maison Privée does not sell or trade personal data. Data may only be shared when required by law, necessary for payment processing, or required to protect legal rights and comply with governmental authorities.
