Maison Privée is committed to safeguarding the privacy and confidentiality of all clients in accordance with the Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020 and applicable healthcare regulations in the Arab Republic of Egypt.

Health-related information is classified as sensitive personal data under Egyptian law and is handled with heightened protection.

All medical information is treated as strictly confidential in accordance with Egyptian medical ethics regulations, Ministry of Health requirements, and the Egyptian Penal Code provisions concerning professional confidentiality.

Under Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020, clients have the right to:

• Access their personal data
• Request correction or updating of inaccurate information
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
• Object to processing in certain circumstances
• Request deletion where legally permissible

Requests may be submitted through the clinic’s official contact channels.

Maison Privée does not sell or trade personal data. Data may only be shared when required by law, necessary for payment processing, or required to protect legal rights and comply with governmental authorities.
